It is the education which has the potential to create a Modern society based on equality, justice & liberty. The emergence of modern India where there is no discrimination based on caste, creed, race, religion, gender etc has a lot to do with the modern Education which is to be imparted to our children in right approach, manner & direction by well trained teachers. The goal of education policy of the institution can be summarized in the world of Martin Luther king Jr.-“Intelligence plus character – that is the goal of the true education”.
We, the Elite Group of Institution (EGI) are collectively putting the best of our efforts to achieve excellence in the field of education by providing emotional, Cultural & Spiritual Orientation to our youth. During my tenure of Civil Surgeon cum Chief Medical Officer and Dy. Director of Jharkhand health Services, Palamau Division. I visited so many remote and backward places of Palamau and decided to provide benefits of education to socially deprived & economically weaker section of the society to enable them to unfold their latent potential and prove worthy and conscious members of this great Nation.
We, Elite Public B.Ed college, hope to provide a proper conducive environment so that the teachers are trained in right manner & approach to deal with the children who are the future of the Nation. We aim to produce enlightened citizen having touch & dedication to the cause of Society and Nation at large.
Success cannot be achieved overnight on by fluke. It requires whole hearted dedication, single minded devotions & unflinching determination coupled with hard labour. We have made the beginning and hope that in near future, The Elite Group will be a name to reckon in the field of education by imparting the education which would help in all round development of youth, then only the dream of Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore could be a reality-
